Lipstick case, as its name implies, is the packaging material used in lipstick and lipstick products. However, with the rise of lipstick products such as lip stick, lip gloss and lip glaze, many packaging materials factories have fine-tuned the packaging material structure of lipstick case, forming a full range of applications.

Lipstick case, as the coat of lipstick products, is also complicated in all cosmetic packaging materials. Lipstick case is a functional package composed of multiple components and different materials.

1. Basic materials

Lipstick case are divided into all-plastic lipstick case and aluminum-plastic composite case, among which abs, as and anodized aluminum are commonly used. Some users use zinc alloy and sheepskin lamp as accessories for lipstick case in order to show that the product temperament is consistent with its brand tonality.

2. Forming technology

The plastic material of lipstick case is mainly injection molding process, such as cover, base and related accessories in middle bundle core.

3. Surface treatment

There are many processing technologies on the surface of lipstick case. For plastic accessories, spraying, electroplating, laser engraving, inserts and other surface processing technologies can be used, while aluminum products can be oxidized, electroplated and anodized.

4. Graphic printing

On the lid, base and middle bundle of lipstick case, graphic information can be processed by silk screen printing, hot stamping/silver printing, thermal transfer printing and water transfer printing.
